Stop Searching: You found what you’re looking for! Being a first time owner/builder we almost made a costly mistake and purchased a “warehouse” house plan from one of those fancy websites. Used Ken to provide sealed drawings for a do-it-yourself porch project. He was very sharp and accommodating to my suggestions but I ended up using his design because of it was more attractive as well as easier to build. He is super pleasant to work with, prompt and fair.
